      Amazing company going through change

      Pros

      The culture of the company has grown a remarkable amount in the past year; offering meditation classes and gym reimbursement to setting up game nights and panels for black history and women's history month, as well as, now providing paternity leave. There has always been a notable amount of vacation and holiday time given off. Being in Times Square is great for commuting.

      Cons

      Their is constant change that ultimately effects everyone. The NY office is the most corporate feeling of all of the offices, which can subdue the creative mindset needed. Being in Times Square.

      Great benefits, vacation time, relaxed environment, good work life balance. Town halls to discuss future of the company, free lunches on a monthly basis, snacks in the kitchen!
