      Pros

      My on-boarding and recruitment experience has been one of the best I have experienced so far in my career. Before joining the company I was sent a little note and T-Shirt welcoming me to the team. When I arrived on my first day I had a schedule planned out meeting key partners across the company. Everyone I have met thus far has been extremely helpful and passionate about their jobs. Overall great experience so far.

      Artist visits to office Free tickets to concerts (if you know the right people and aren't afraid to ask) Cool brand

      Cons

      Extremely political, lots of inter-department infighting Terrible (now-former) CEO Business based on "smoke & mirrors" - 90+ % of their business comes from YouTube but they try to create a public perception that it's less than half Directionless - they don't seem to have a plan for the future
