      Pros

      -awesome co-workers -collaborative working environment -heaps of volume and users provides fertile territory for testing and optimization -great happy hours on Thursdays -free lunch -ping pong, music instruments, turntable setup for DJs -great upper management in SF office

      Cons

      -at the 5 year mark for a media company transitioning into a full on tech company, so some of the other groups outside of P&T don't fully understand some technical concepts and digital marketing techniques. -no stock options

      Pros

      1. Great work/life balance. 2. There isn't a lot of bureaucracy, and operates more like a start-up. If you have ideas and is willing to take initiative, you can make a huge impact. 3. Work with an awesome and talented crew. Co-workers love to hang out. Weekly in-office happy hour. 4. You will become a pro at ping pong and be fed daily. 5. Lots of snacks, healthy and unhealthy. 6. Very open office environment. Standing/sitting desks. 7. Daily push-up/squat brigade.

      Cons

      1. Things/processes are not as organized, thus always looking for people who can take initiative to improve the company. 2. Could get lost when there are lots of things going on at the same time. 3. Could use more employee education budget for conferences, classes, training, etc.
