Medical benefits are superior to any I have ever had. Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Since there is a lot of smaller staffs for departments, it is very lean and often times you get people doing jobs they aren't qualified for, or have no business speaking about. Case in point - i had BD people telling me how to steer the product, when that should never be the case.
