      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, beautiful views of the city, very reasonable work-life balance. CTO and management is actively working to improve process and move in the right direction. General mentality is to try an experiment and learn from it and iterate. Atmosphere is positive. The company is well established but small enough that you can really make a difference and contribute on all levels.

      Cons

      Struggling with repercussions of less than ideal product and engineering decisions from the past. While diminishing, this still has a lot of influence on our ability to move quickly with quality.

      Pros

      Not a whole lot of pros. Good work space. Daily lunch. Nice views of the city. Friendly people for the most part.

      Cons

      Poor salary and no long term benefits. Mediocre people hired. Long term incentive plan never materialized. Don't believe the recruiters they lie that you can work from home twice a week. CEO Eric Huggers conducts town halls at 9am in sf where attendance is required so he can feel good. Good luck getting into the city at that time if you have kids or live far away. Few people can afford to live in the city. The company doesn't really care about employees. The CTO is lives in uk/Europe and has little idea on how things work in the Bay Area.

      Pros

      Good benefits, competitive salary. Great fit for people who like a relaxed in-office / start-up atmosphere. Work is still challenging though, and a lot of people are passionate about music & the product.

      Cons

      Career pathing could be better, but works well for people who put themselves out there - management definitely values initiative but won't always put themselves out there to help mentor on their own.
