      Pros

      My on-boarding and recruitment experience has been one of the best I have experienced so far in my career. Before joining the company I was sent a little note and T-Shirt welcoming me to the team. When I arrived on my first day I had a schedule planned out meeting key partners across the company. Everyone I have met thus far has been extremely helpful and passionate about their jobs. Overall great experience so far.

      I have not personally experienced any cons as of yet.

      San Francisco Engineering Experience is Excellent

      Pros

      Experienced peers and greenfield work. Solid planning for many new features with lots of collaboration. High level direction is very solid.

      Cons

      Newer engineering department so standards and processes are not flushed out quite yet. I view this as a positive but YMMV.

      Pros

      If you are in the programming department there are opportunities to do some interesting work.

      Cons

      Sales organization is the worst, hopefully it has improved. It was a very toxic environment, hard work does not get recognized. You are not valued and you are often expected to work while on vacation and a real lack of appreciation and consideration.
