      There were some nice people

      Cons

      Lack of trained management Hostile colleagues in direct team Expected to work 24/7 because of NY / LDN time difference Overall lack of direction and communication from top down I wouldn't recommend working here. In my opinion they are a really bad company to work for with poor HR department and leaders. It is apparent that the company values on diversity and representation are not reflected internally.

      It is a friendly atmosphere, met some friends here

      Cons

      Lack of company strategy, doesn't really look after the employees and there is lack of atmosphere/culture across the company in the UK.

      Poor pay, compared to comparative companies UK leadership is absolutely shocking, it's an old boys club Used to be over sales focused, now a bit directionless Challenging protocol and process is frowned upon and not encouraged
