      Pros

      Open and trusting culture. Get to work with talents in software engineering. Management are from engineering background and knows what they're doing. Opens up more opportunities to work in foreign companies. Good (and still improving) infrastructure supporting software engineering and daily tasks.

      Cons

      Timezone difference with Europe offices (almost all your co-workers and bosses are located in EU). Get to experience some of the software cr*p from Asian based SoC. Working in Taipei office basically means you need to bridge the gap between cr*ppy software not in your control and the high standard imposed in our core products.

      Great, helpful team, Lot of benefits even on the office site. Diverse areas from embedded software to microservices

      Average salary, big turnover of employees. Steep entry to most of the projects as product is very complex
