Pros
*Incredible team of humble, intelligent people. Senior management is supportive and encouraging. *Work is challenging yet rewarding -- we are not solving easy problems! *Company is growing quickly, and it is exciting to see frequent news of records being broken, deals being signed, and major investments being made! *This was mentioned as a con in one review, but I personally see it as a pro. The management style is definitely not as structured as in the corporate world. Feedback is given frequently and in a positive/constructive way. There is no yearly review where you are given a "score" and asked to work towards improving that score. For me, this feels much more natural and productive. *Plenty of other perks, like endless avocado toast!

*Hours can be long, but that should be expected of any ambitious start-up.
