Pros
I have had an excellent experience at Via. While I'm obviously biased, I believe the vision that Via is pursuing is going to change the way people get around cities and build a really large, interesting business along the way. The team is extremely high caliber, both in credentials and in excelling at individual roles. Perhaps most importantly, the culture of the Company is fantastic. The team is made up of fun, interesting, and low-ego people. There is a real sense of teamwork when you come to the office every day - people are supportive of one another and work to achieve larger group goals, rather than their own individual ones. I've really enjoyed my time at Via so far, and from looking around the office it seems like that is the case for pretty much everyone else as well.
