People are amazing - without exception, I've found the team grounded, intelligent, and eager to help.

Cons

Hours can get a little long, but the schedule is flexible enough that with a little planning ahead it isn't a burden.

Pros

The best reason to work at Via is the team. Ever since my interview I could tell that it was an exceptional place. Everyone was extremely sharp, engaging, motivated, and nice. The culture is really one where everyone is encouraged to develop their own ideas and know that their teammates will help and collaborate however they can. Working there is demanding, but very rewarding.

Cons

None, really. The hours can get long, but it's to be expected and very manageable as they are flexible and understanding.
