Cons

Remarkably dysfunctional organization with constant turnover, no strategy from leadership. reactionary, constantly moving targets, no path for growth. Very hard to get a raise or promotion unless you are one of a handful of chosen ones. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, especially the few people of color

Incredibly supportive management. Extremely healthy work environment. Company culture is top notch. Benefits are well above market average. Using PTO is encouraged, and when on PTO general duties are handled by supportive coworkers.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment. Real-time issues can arise, and can be stressful to resolve. Remote work can feel isolating, however, managers and coworkers are extremely easy to reach.
