Thank you for your post. You are 100% correct that we have high turnover. As an industry we are struggling with low wages due to the rates we are paid, burnout from COVID, and not enough people in the workforce which all leads to high turnover. We are working diligently with the legislature to increase rates, which will help to some degree. I do disagree with your comment about poor culture. We just did a survey that showed very positive results related to our culture which is something we focus on every day. We are looking at the bottom line just to stay afloat during these difficult times, which I believe is fiscally responsible.

Thank you for your post and thank you for coming to work every day to serve our nation's most vulnerable population...you are appreciated! I can assure you, we are working diligently to get rate increases so we can pass those increases on to you. I know how hard you are working and we want to get you the raise you deserve!
