I got an easy house with non reactive clients, that I love.

Cons

Management is terrible, will not accommodate your hours. Pay is not enough, and you will be forced to work extra hours and pick up the slack for unreliable and lazy coworkers.

Unfortunately, we will always struggle with pay because we are 100% funded by the government and our reimbursement rates do not compensate Providers for the hard work, dedication, and compassion of our employees. I will continue to advocate for better pay for our employees. If you have any specifics related to management shortcomings I would love to hear them so I can adequately address the issues. Thank you

-provided many growth opportunities to me over the years -make me feel appreciated for everything I've done for the clients and the company with regular recognition -decent pay and bonus structure -gives some flexibility while also holding staff accountable when necessary -have always enjoyed working with my peers, as well as, my supervisor -has been supportive during personal struggles

Cons

-no tuition reimbursement -no 401k company match

They merged with my former employer and didn't hold true to working with our previous benefits, accrued PTO, or anything. Ultimately, was the reason I left. They lied. Didn't care.
