At first it seemed to be an ok company. Actions do not follow the mission statement. Constant turn over in staff, can not seem to keep good employees.

Cons

No raises, no employee incentives, micro managed, horrible culture although promoted otherwise. People in authority are allowed to degrade employees with no ethics or morals and it is accepted. Employees are de-valued. Employees fear for their jobs daily. Notorious for suddenly firing good hard working employees.

Team like atmosphere Client care comes first No pressure regarding length of visits Frequent team meetings Flexible with scheduling Very competitive salary Agency, as a whole, believes in team building and acknowledging staff accomplishments. Yearly retreat and quarterly team building sessions culminating with social get togethers.
