Reasonable productivity requirements, managers who listen, passion for providing great care

Cons

Had a disorganized structure initially several years ago and they restructured their onboarding and support of new hires and this has been very beneficial.

This company is such a great company to work for. The CEO truly cares for his employees and most importantly the individuals we serve. I couldn’t ask for a better leader. And with that makes me proud and blessed to say that I’m apart of the VQ family again.

Pros

Big pay increases to 90% of employees in 2019 and 2020. Culture is huge here. Be a part of the team or move on. “Buy in” is key in the industry and is no exception at ViaQuest. Work hard and you will be recognized and rewarded.
