Pros

high hourly pay, responsive admin team

Cons

no training for BCBA or BT's, not a ton of supports in place as far as assessments or curriculum library goes, lack of communication between admin/BT/parents if sessions are changed or canceled, will hire just about anyone even if they are not a good fit for the family
