      Pros

      Beautiful place to work at, Viceroy CEO is very forward thinking. I was able to advance pretty quickly but also think I was at the right place at the right time. Great work life balance, not uncommon to take time off during work hours to hit the slopes.. all employees were able to do this if their areas were covered.. pretty awesome perk.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to balance working with other departments and the developer for sales. Overall balanced out given there was some needed turnover.
