Pros

Great place to work- still a ‘new’ company and open to ideas. It’s not a cookie cutter hotel - it is definitely different and willing to make changes to improve functions and experiences for both colleagues and guests alike.

Cons

If you come from a structured environment, it will be a challenge for you to get used to the freedom you have to do things differently.

Pros

Brand identity is being streamlined with a few new openings in the next couple of years. Internationally focused with opportunity to grow overseas.

Cons

Small footprint with continuous portfolio changes leads to little job security. Corporate office is lean and does not provide much support for on property teams. Property teams have a lot of flexibility but limited resources to execute.
