      Pros

      Great work environment, open door policy, good benefits. Colleagues are always encouraged to submit their ideas. Good insurance system, salary better than most other hospitality companies, many different nationalities make the daily work interesting

      Cons

      After 3 years of being a Viceroy employee I honestly can't think of any cons. I am totally happy working for this amazing company. Yes, hospitality is always not the best paid industry, but more fun than others!
