Pros

International working environment, lots of responsibilities and challenging! The hotels are all very luxurious and they put a lot of emphasis on employee benefits.

Cons

Salaries are very low, could be higher. Working hours and work life is not balanced out. They can really saturate you and not compensate you for it.
