Pros

-Great discounts at hotels around the world -Work with some very nice hotels -A few diamonds in the rough work there

Cons

-Leadership has little direction and makes sporadic nonsensical decisions -Some executives and managers are downright verbally abusive to their employees -Pay for most people is low -Besides the hotel discounts, benefits are subpar -Company seems to care very little about the happiness of their employees -Dull environment for a supposedly creative company

Pros

Kor Hotel Group is a smaller corporation where it is easy to move up in your career. Those who work hard are rewarded quickly with either compensation or promotion. In a smaller company your ideas are heard quickly and often implemented quickly. You feel a part of the whole organization.

Cons

Unfortunately, one of Kor's biggest upsides is it's biggest downfall. Because it is a very young company growing very quickly, it often steps without analyzing or thinking everything through. They tend to learn from their mistakes instead of analyzing other companies mistakes. And because people are rewarded with quick promotions many times employees end up in high positions without much experience.
