      Engineering Management always looking for the bad versus good.

      Pros

      Not much.. Lunch was ok. Marketing Leadership have their act together.

      Cons

      Working at Vicor is a paycheck, but not a very caring culture. Management, doesn't really support WFH for any positions. It's 1950 mentality in terms of how people are treated, I wouldn't recommend working there if it can be avoided. The President of the Company is constantly belittling people and putting them down. Cheap in terms of any type of stock options or bonus programs. That's reserved for the top .5% of management.

      Pros

      Always had work to do. Constantly working with new product. Provided free breakfast and lunch due to COVID.

      Cons

      Company is a little unorganized structure wise. Higher ups didn't know the manufacturing process and decisions made by them reflected that.
