Pros

Most stores are usually kept meticulously clean. Good benefits and reasonable compensation. Job advancement if you're interested. A lot of things to learn and master from an in store level.

Cons

Rotating schedule, varying hours, and a lot of work. Very fast paced and can be quite stressful at times. Sometimes petty or difficult environment. Can be sometimes uncomfortable for a male employee

Pros

PINK gives people with unlikely backgrounds chances and challenges everyone to become better leaders and team members. There is a really great work ethic here.

Cons

It is difficult to grow quickly here and can be very corporate when it comes to giving raises and promotions.
