Pros

The discount is great (although not as good as other retail stores), scheduling is done far in advance, and because I was working at VS while I was a student, this was very helpful for me.

Cons

It was difficult to get time off unless you requested it far in advance. They promoted based on tenure, not based on how well employee's educational and work backgrounds met the requirements of the position. Call in shifts are beyond annoying and were ultimately the reason that I left.

Pros

The other employees were really helpful and friendly, it was a great place to work with great discounts and incentives, and although it was part time it was fast pace, challenging, and the time flew by while doing the work. The atmospher was fun

Cons

One of the only down sides that I found working at Victoria's Secret was the rotation of management between the times that I worked seasonally

Free bra and extras given every month during store meetings

Cons

Must be able to work at a hectic pace with short breaks, not an educated environment, may feel like high school, not all managers are competent, low pay, no benefits because no one is allowed to work full time
