Pros

The discounts and free stuff.

Cons

For such a well off company they sure don't treat their employees right, there are Inconsiderate co-workers as well as managers, if you're sick or have no one to take care of your kid, they don't care. Never a steady schedule. Low pay. Expect too much from you. Always forcing you to get the costumers to get credit cards. I don't recommend it.

Pros

It is a company that empowers their associates to take full ownership of the piece of the business they take part in. If you succeed its because of the hard work you put into it.

Cons

As with any retail enviroment the hours are long and sometimes draining. Its sometimes difficult to get the timoe off you want because their is always a big event right around the corner.
