Being named the #1 Fortune Best Workplace truly says it all—they absolutely live up to the title. This is the best job I’ve ever had. The environment is low-stress, and everyone is genuinely kind and supportive. The workspace is beautiful, and there are so many opportunities to grow, especially with how quickly the company is expanding.

Pros

The culture is amazing and the leadership. I have been with the company for almost 2 years, and my goal is to keep growing within the company and learning so many skills. We go on outing every quarter with the whole team and they are always so fun. My favorite event is our annual trip to Cancun, Mexico.

Cons

The commute for me. I live an hour and a half for me. I wish they had more opportunities in the other offices.
