extremely positive work place attitude through out everyone in the company. I really like how transparent all the CEO/VP/Directors are with everyone and I do not feel like I’m sitting in meetings with robots. Feels like everyone is humans and treated good here.

Cons

I have not really found anything I haven’t disliked about the company. Throughout all research online, being in class. Everything is an absolute vibe. People are great.

Pros

There are a lot of pros of working for VHR. The biggest pro for me is the energy as soon as you walk in the door. Even just walking in the BellWorks building you can feel that something very special is happening here. The vibe at Victory is nothing but welcoming and supportive. When I sat down for my interview I immediately felt a sense of belonging because everyone was saying hi to me and making me feel included. There are not enough positive things I can say about the vibes here and how welcoming everyone has been.

Cons

I honestly don’t have many cons to say about Victory, so far everything that I’ve experienced here has been positive.
