Pros

lunch and comp time Are fair along with the free lunch which is uncommon

Cons

i and many of my colleagues have never believed anonymous. The complete distrust of TN based EC members is complete and common across all locations.

Lack of direction from the top down, no room for promotion, extremely inefficient, lack of buy in at the top, no accountability

Pros

Great offices and free lunch are a huge perk that show how much the company focuses on its employees' well being.

Cons

The company is over staffed and an organizational chart is just wishful thinking. The lack of properly assigned responsibilities makes every person in every department feel as if responsibility is free to whoever will take it. Many times this means that everyone is arguing about things that shouldn't be in their control and they know very little about.
