Political promotions are given and for no other reason that being a friend of higher up. Work your butt over a project? It doesn't matter the ones that get the high fives and raises are those that do nothing. Aristocrat is making things worse not better. Did you complaint to HR to bad now your label. The ones you complaint about they will be the ones promoted. Mass quitting going on company cannot hold on to employees their salaries base is way lower then the national average. Be warned their technology is obsolete Luke for twenty years, and do be fooled by Aristocrats technology. My advised, if your desperate for a job then come here, but if you have options keep open. The insurance could be better that insurance doesn't fight for the employees like the previous insurance.
