Pros
It's very hard to think of one. Company culture is once they become a customer they no longer care about them. I was asked, your numbers are down today explain. I told them one of my current customers is having an issue so I've been helping them. Was told to give them the customer service number and move on. Even though they have been through the customer service number multiple times.
Cons
They dont care about their employees. Plain and simple, they micro manage everything you do. Are not open to ideas of change that may help the company.
