      Pros

      It's very hard to think of one. Company culture is once they become a customer they no longer care about them. I was asked, your numbers are down today explain. I told them one of my current customers is having an issue so I've been helping them. Was told to give them the customer service number and move on. Even though they have been through the customer service number multiple times.

      Cons

      They dont care about their employees. Plain and simple, they micro manage everything you do. Are not open to ideas of change that may help the company.

      Pros

      Many good people working for this company. In my particular location, the upper management is fantastic. They care about employee well being.

      Cons

      Middle management is very hit or miss. Depends on who your boss is. My particular boss has people coming and going like a revolving door, because he nit-picks their work, is way too controlling, and doesn't value anyone's well being. He's a workaholic and expects everyone else to be too - but he doesn't care about their motivation.

      Secure and stable job, competitive compensation and benefits,

      Cons

      There is a lack of growth and development opportunities for a majority of the employees. Sporatic workflow gets papered over with the "fast-paced work environment" euphemism. Even the mission of the conglomerate that owns Videojet, "Helping Realize Life's Potential" hints at how vague and uninspiring the work is. Most peoples passions are not realized, many are just working for the paycheck and it contributes to a generally miserable corporate culture and work environment. This company is not good for and not supportive of women.
