      Decent pay, good people at lower levels really trying to do the right thing, good benefits.

      Cons

      Work environment was competitive to a point of most people working under the constant fear of losing their jobs. Executive level management turnover like I have never witnessed before and such a huge disconnect between this level and the rest of the organization. President didn't even know most people in the mid-level and below, wouldn't acknowledge you in the hallway. Very cold, unfriendly place to work.

      Pros

      Great benefits (company vehicle that can be used as personal, cell phone, iPad, laptop, health and 401k with match). Work days are never dull. Great team environment. Excellent commission incentives.

      Cons

      No real cons. There are some occasional long days, but mixed in with a few short.
