Pros

There are some really smart people at Videology. These people do all the work.

Cons

There are about 10x as many butts in seats as there are really smart people.

Great company, poor management

Pros

work-life balance is great, atmosphere is great

Cons

love to gossip, small insignificant raises if any. TOO MUCH MANAGEMENT. management to employee is 10/1. Most employees have 4+ managers trying to tell them diffrent things to do. no growth potential. Hand out titles like candy but wont take care of long term employee's.
