For example, we are rolling out additional leadership development programs for our managers, utilizing 360-degree feedback to raise awareness and enable our leaders to address skill opportunities – and to pay forward their strengths. It’s all part of our plan to build capable, engaged teams who can drive our vision this year and beyond! Employee development is of utmost importance as we set ourselves apart from the competition.
