Some of the best and smartest people I have ever worked with. The culture is great and if you enjoy challenges you will thrive. Very flat organization so you have access to everyone.

Cons

While not really a con, the company is growing quickly, which is great, but it leads to a lot of shifting priorities. Again, if you like challenges you will thrive but if you want stability in job tasks, this is not the place for you.
