Pros

Some really smart employees, good compensation, get to use a MacBook for software development, interesting engineering challenges, new office space, worldwide growth of the business (feel like part of something big), product vision is becoming more stable, fun atmosphere

Cons

A lot of time is spent rewriting and replacing legacy systems. Some multi-month software projects were canceled yielding nothing from them (due to bad product management?). Engineering depends on a lot of remote, foreign contractors who aren't as good as the employees in the US.

Pros

-social office -fun coworkers -work with agencies to launch digital campaigns

Cons

-huge learning curve, but if you put forth the effort you will succeed -not a lot of room to move up in the company -still a start up, so still needs some structural organization
