Pros

work-life balance is great, atmosphere is great

Cons

love to gossip, small insignificant raises if any. TOO MUCH MANAGEMENT. management to employee is 10/1. Most employees have 4+ managers trying to tell them diffrent things to do. no growth potential. Hand out titles like candy but wont take care of long term employee's.

Pros

Work-life balance is pretty good. The company places huge value on its employees, knowing that it's the people that make it such a great place and allow it to produce such great products for the digital advertising industry. It's definitely a place where talent is recognized and rewarded, and those who work hard have virtually limitless career progression opportunities.

Cons

Because it's a smaller company with a huge growth rate (a good thing), it generally means that you have to work very hard, wear multiple hats, and oftentimes end up feeling a bit spread thin. Some people mind that, and others don't...so it's all a matter of perspective in terms of whether or not this is really a con. I don't always like feeling spread so thin, but I thrive on having multiple facets to my job responsibilities and working very hard.

Pros

- Ability to voice opinions - Leading the charge in a very interesting field with a very high ceiling - Ability to change roles to something one finds/believes to be more fulfilling - Very smart people work here - Opportunities to make yourself more invaluable if you choose to tackle them - Executing well on global strategies designed for more transparency and better alignment across all divisions - Global business touching every major market in the world with more on the way - Brilliant leaders with proven track records and great VC backing - Most VP's are all strong in their respective divisions, a few exceptions - C-level execs are strong in their disciplines and are good leaders collectively - Great office, good environment - Ability for upward movement if you are in the right business unit - Get your stuff done, you can come and go as you please within reason - Leadership has tremendous track record of success from previous endeavors - Tremendous opportunity for those applying for entry level positions

Cons

- Global business with 80% of employees working in the US, means long hours if you have a meaningful role - Middle Management does more harm than good - Company as a whole over-meets. Heavily. - 401K/Stock plan is offensive - Work life balance becomes very tough to get through once you get to a certain level in this company
