Pros

I wouldn't listen to the naysayers...there has been a lot of change over the past year, but all for the best - in my opinion. The company has to keep up with the pace of the industry and can't afford to manage employees just looking for a paycheck. Management is focused on hiring and developing great people. -Smart, hard-working people here. Those who are driven will succeed. -The work is very interesting. Industry can be complex but lots of training opportunities to learn more. -Lots of opportunity for growth - you can mold your role, take on new projects, create new processes. -Fun working environment. People work really hard but know how to have a good time. -We're recognized for our hard work - comp and benefits are good.

Cons

As someone else put it - this company isn't for everyone. You have to be willing to put in a lot of effort and sometimes this can impact work-life balance. Fast-paced environment creates some challenges; company knows this and is working to remove communication barriers - I've seen lots of improvement over the past year.

Great Experience, Great Team - Not for Everyone

Pros

This is a fast paced, growing company that is going places. Opportunities abound for people who are willing to grab the bull by the horns and make a mark for themselves. It is a young company and so the individual still has the opportunity to make a mark and determine the direction and culture of the company. The size of the company allows individuals to have an impact on the company's success. I detect more than a hint of sour grapes from the negative reviewers. Every job has its flaws and shortcomings. However, the flaws for one person could be a strength for others. I sense a lack of fit in these reviews.

Cons

Given the pace, the intensity of the work, and the need to bring your "A" game, it is not for everyone. Moreover, the company operates in a dynamic area and thus it is always changing. If you are interested in working in a dynamic area that requires a certain nimbleness and a comfort with change, then this is your place. If you are not, well, there are other jobs and opportunities out there for you.
