Pros

Working for some decent clients.

Cons

Unnecessary discussion for small decision. You put in a lot, and I mean a lot, of hours and this gets you absolutely nowhere. Too many changes of direction, a sign of poor leadership. Management is awful. Negative workplace environment. This place also thinks being vulgar and saying unprofessional things is something to be proud of. They're also slow to remove under-performing senior people in key positions, which exerts a drag on progress in a number of ways.

Pros

-Smart people, good culture in most offices -People are serious about their jobs and responsibilities, but also know how to relax -Lots of opportunities and relatively flat in terms of seniority. Ideal opportunity for junior-mid level hires to really shine and move up the ladder -CEO and some of the exec team are very strong and set a good vibe

Cons

-Upper-middle management is bloated (lots of Directors with no clear role) -Some real stars in many departments that end up picking up too much of the workload for less ambitious colleagues. Many slackers with years of tenure. -401k policy, office events, and other HR-related items are improving, but still a bit behind expectations.

Pros

The business is growing quickly, creating new opportunities within the business - career path discussions are encouraged Employees given guidance but not micromanaged Employees given ownership/ responsibility - ability to grow, work independently, add value and shape the business Office culture hard working but relaxed - nerf guns and a drinks trolley Generally a great group of people to work with - fun to be around but they are also smart and reliable, can count on your coworkers

Cons

Not for everyone - management has high expectations so people are smart and hard working team but means that not everyone is right for the job Lots of growth means that processes and ownership do change - must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
