Pros

the projects you get to do are fantastic, always something to get your teeth stuck into. the company atmosphere is very relaxed but the work gets done. Teams help each other out here. close knit company everyone knows each other here. great salaries compared to other companies.

Cons

long hours, promotions not really done here, hired from outside to replace management. some people have to carry others a bit too much, not equal responsibilities. No company pension.

Pros

- The compensation is competitive, and befitting of the rigorous interview process in place. Recent implementation of a UK Healthcare Benefits scheme. - Almost without exception, colleagues and senior management are hard working and motivated people who recognises commitment within their teams. There are many opportunities to build upon roles and shape them around the individual. - Ample opportunities for on the job training, with regular sessions within a team and the prospect of external training opportunities in the pipeline for the UK - A noticeable effort to promote a fun and laid back culture within the office.

Cons

- The working culture here can sometimes affect work/life balance, and people are rarely away from their e-mails. - There have in the past been some issues with communication between teams, probably as a by-product of such rapid growth. I'm happy to say that these are all being worked on currently.
