Pros

- One of the only advantage is that they pay well to make your job seeking complicated when you want to leave the company, it's also a great school to learn what not to do on the operation side of things. - People in the teams are great (Dev, QA)

Cons

- Poor leadership - False promises - Toxic place - Toxic people in key position in the company - Almost no benefit for the employee - The company isn't capable to maintain a straight direction
