Cool hardware but there are a LOT of problems

Pros

The hardware and software are pretty cool. Well known customers. You'll work with some really smart people. Sushi guy!

Cons

Turn over is incredibly high. There is no roadmap- the CEO behaves like a child, screaming at people and constantly messing with the roadmap. The CEO and President are not aligned. No HR/ Culture person has ever lasted. No one seems to know what the priorities are as they are always changing.

Pros

I only worked on one side so can't say about the other one. Dev manager is a pleasure to work with (think Jeremy Clarkson) Dev team is really nice, lots of small funny "jabs" especially the puff-ing Good teamwork Flexible hours Sushi guy delivering food at noon each day Ping pong table *Puff-ing : The act of leaving one's pc unlocked which lets other users go on slack and say you're buying puff for everyone

Cons

No direction CEO plays with the roadmap like a child with maracas Drama between offices Language barrier difficulties Parking sucks, worse than downtown and there's a wait to get monthly ($$$) pass
