- Some great people to work with. - Free coffee. - Decent benefits.

Cons

- Some horrible and toxic people to work with. - Lack of direction. - Inconsistency all across the board. - There is a very visible double standard when it comes to the way they treat employees. - Some managers will talk to you with very insulting language. - Work/life balance is inexistent at this place.

Pros

Roomy environment, free snacks, coffee and drinks, close to gym/Costco and high way.

Cons

Most of the leaders/managers are friends/relatives/families, project managements are stupid, disordered and autocrat. They never consider dev teams, we work overtime all the time, their designs are changing all the time! No work/life balance, no healthy rhythms.
