Pros

Awesome well-established company with a start-up like atmosphere. Really cool product. Overall a great place to work. - Super benefits - Flexible working hours - Lots of vacation - Management team really cares

Cons

They definitely had some growing pains in the past because we were expanding so quickly, but things seem to have worked themselves out. No 401k match.
