Pros

In addition to providing all the perks of a contemporary dev shop, Videri's office is a very collaborative and encouraging setting. The projects are quite cutting-edge and there is no shortage of innovation. As in any start-up, the intellectual investment here is rather steep, but the space to explore and create remains unmatched.

Cons

Nothing beyond the typical development issues that are found in any startup.

Pros

Everyone work very hard and it's good to be part of the team.

Cons

micromanagement, poor project planning, lack of communication, unclear direction and they're not very open to new ideas. There is a lot of pressure. Everyone is burn out. its very hard to find motivation.

Pros

The company develops some pretty interesting technology from ground up: hardware, software, Web, and native. Good Salary Very bright colleagues

Cons

Employees are not trusted at all. They actually get scolded at times in front of their peers. Poor management causes projects to be late, which leads to pressure to deliver something quickly, which then leads to lots of bugs, which leads to even more pressure to fix them. Priorities shifting constantly (which I guess is to be expected from a start up).
