For starters, THE TEAM -people are the most important thing in any workplace. Comfortable work environment, fun new technologies, great location, good communication with senior management.

Cons

No bagel mondays as of yet. other then that... cant really think of any.

flexible schedule, friendly co-workers and cool technology.

Cons

False promises, no transparency and hostility at the C-level. Managers just hand it down the same way they receive it. They create a false environment that wants to display they care but after more than a year you can see the games they play. They drain you and once you have nothing left they move along.
