      Great company to work for. Small and get to know all of senior management

      Pros

      Great People easy working environment. Heavily tech focused and constantly learning about new technologies and get a chance to work on many different aspects of technology.

      Cons

      Bonus structure is not competitive in the industry. Performance reviews are not completed on the anniversary date of employment at the company. This is by request only.

      Pros

      Good people. Strong management. Friendly work atmosphere. You are given respect and treated like family. Benefits include phone bills, blackberry device, 401k, health, vision, dental.

      Cons

      Personal growth often does not align with companies goals. Involves tons of fire drills triggered on services promised to clients they do not have. Employee morale is low due to unpaid bonuses and lack of appraisals.
