fantastic company, great co workers.

Pros

Good people, great benefits, no weekends, bonus and raise structure was fair.

Cons

Would have loved to stay longer but they hire underqualified people out of desperation and it makes the relatively easy job unbearable. There is also no standard for training or daily operations for the most part.
