Pros
It's not a bad place to work however, they do have mandatory overtime because they are so busy. Most of the first shift employees are Generation Z, so they spend more time socializing than working. Management doesn't seem to mind though.
You can move withing the company and up the ladder pretty fast if you have a.good work ethic. And it does not matter what race or nationality you are, unlike a couple other people have left negative reviews about not getting promoted or a raise because of their color, this is absolutely not true.
