Generous vacation time, sick time, personal time and holidays off. They care about their employees. Room for growth. Team work culture.

Cons

Staffing can be an issue. While new employees are given significant training in person, online and via zoom. Depending on the nature of the job, there is a lot of learn as you go.

Many managers lack the necessary qualifications and experience, often resorting to intimidation tactics. This has created a toxic work environment where micromanagement is rampant, stifling productivity. The culture of fear and control makes it difficult for employees to feel valued or motivated. It is a difficult place to work and not conducive to professional development.
